- Experience in 2W brake systems design or testing with expertise in Creo modeling, DFMEA, GD&T;, FEA, and brake system validation standards (SAE, JASO, IS)

- Design and develop brake system parts or independently conduct brake system testing, prepare reports, manage lab activities, and coordinate cross-functional teams

We have multiple openings for our Brakes R&D;:

Vacancy 1 - Design & Dev****elopment

- Functional knowledge of 2W Brake Systems and their validation.

- Functional knowledge of modelling and drafting in Creo.

- Hands-on experience in brake system parts design and development.

- Knowledge of brake system components such as: Master Cylinde,Calipe, Disc &Hoses;

- Knowledge of brake system homologation and validation standards (SAE, JASO, IS, etc.).

- Knowledge of brake system sizing calculations.

- Knowledge of DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).

- Knowledge of casting and sheet metal manufacturing processes.

- Exposure to FEA (Finite Element Analysis) and ability to interpret analysis results.

- Proficiency in Creo, PLM, and SAP.

Vacancy 2- Testing Engineer

- Shall have functional knowledge in 2W, 3W & 4W Brake System and its testing.

Knows rig-level testing & Dynamometer testing.





- Knowledge of Different chambers (Salt Spray, Humidity, Water Spray, Dust Chamber,

- Environmental Chambers),

- Knowledge of different test standards related to Brake system validation. (SAE, JASO, IS, etc.,)

- Experience with design & development of test setup / rigs & test fixture as per need.

- Basic Instrumentation knowledge & exposure to data acquisition techniques.

- Independently conduct tests, Test Report preparation, Timely Execution of DVPs.

- Lab activity planning, execution of tests, maintenance of test equipment and timely calibrations.

- Fixture preparation, instrumentation, data acquisition and conducting test as per plan

- Analysis of test data & report generation.

- Participate in various development activities within the department.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless execution of product testing.

- Development of current test procedures & SOP’s

Soft Skills

- Follow and promote the "Design First Time Right" approach.

- Drive VAVE (Value Analysis and Value Engineering) activities as part of the brake system development process.

- Lead issue resolution activities and propose feasible, cost-effective countermeasures.

- Shall be able to manage the test resources efficiently
