About the Role

ISIEINDIA is looking for a motivated and technically skilled R&D; Engineer with a strong interest in Electric Vehicle (EV) technologies, research, innovation, and product development. The ideal candidate should have a background in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, practical knowledge of EV systems, and the ability to leverage AI tools for research, technical analysis, and engineering tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct research and development activities related to Electric Vehicles, EV powertrain systems, and emerging automotive technologies.
- Work on EV components and systems, including electric motors, motor controllers, battery management systems (BMS), vehicle control units (VCUs), and power electronics.
- Assist in the design, development, testing, troubleshooting, and validation of electrical and electronic systems for EV applications.
- Perform technical research, feasibility studies, data analysis, and documentation for ongoing R&D; projects.
- Use AI tools to support technical research, coding, data analysis, documentation, and engineering problem-solving.
- Assist in circuit design, electrical schematics, hardware integration, and prototype development.
- Work with communication protocols such as CAN and other relevant automotive communication systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on EV projects, technical demonstrations, and prototype testing.
- Prepare technical reports,



test results, project documentation, and presentations.
- Stay updated on advancements in EV technology, automotive electronics, battery systems, and sustainable mobility.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in R&D;, electrical/electronics engineering, EV systems, or a related domain.
- Must-have knowledge of Electric Vehicles (EVs) and their core electrical and electronic systems.
- Familiarity with EV powertrain architecture, battery systems, motor controllers, and vehicle electronics.
- Practical knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools for research and engineering productivity.
- Basic understanding of circuit design, testing procedures, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.
- Familiarity with MATLAB/Simulink, AutoCAD Electrical, Proteus, Altium Designer, or similar engineering tools will be an advantage.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and contribute to ongoing research and development projects.

Preferred Qualifications

- Hands-on experience with EV projects, prototypes, or automotive electronics.
- Knowledge of CAN communication, embedded systems, microcontrollers, and sensors.
- Exposure to battery testing, motor testing, power electronics, or vehicle control systems.
- Experience using AI-assisted coding, simulation, or engineering research tools.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
