Synergy Health 360 is a US-based healthcare organization providing comprehensive, patient-centered care across multiple locations in Arizona. We are seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Manager to oversee billing and collections, lead the accounts receivable (AR) team, improve cash flow, and optimize revenue cycle performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end revenue cycle operations, including medical billing, claims submission, payment posting, collections, and AR management.
- Ensure timely follow-up on unpaid claims, outstanding balances, and overdue accounts.
- Monitor claim denials, rejections, appeals, underpayments, and billing discrepancies; coordinate with insurance companies and patients to resolve issues.
- Lead, train, and supervise AR specialists and billing team members to ensure productivity and adherence to best practices.
- Ensure billing accuracy and compliance with US healthcare regulations, payer requirements, and HIPAA.
- Monitor AR aging, collection rates, denial rates, billing cycle times,



and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop strategies to reduce denials, minimize overdue accounts, improve collections, and maintain consistent cash flow.
- Prepare regular reports on AR performance, outstanding balances, collection trends, and cash flow.
- Use AthenaOne EMR reports and workflows to monitor performance and improve revenue cycle efficiency.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in US healthcare RCM and medical billing.
- Hands-on experience with AthenaOne EMR is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of claims processing, insurance reimbursement, AR follow-up, denial management, and collections.
- Experience managing and supervising billing or AR teams.
- Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance, CPT, and ICD-10-CM workflows.
- Robust leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of HIPAA and US healthcare billing compliance requirements.
- Ability to work remotely from India and align with US business hours.
