Position Title: Insurance Business Transformation Sales / CRM Transformation Manager The Opportunity

Sales / CRM Transformation for Global Insurance and Financial Services Clients.

Primary Skills and Expertise

- B2B / B2C sales operation transformation
- Sales planning, lead funnel mgmt., field territory mgmt.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Sales operating models design, business case transformation roadmap development
- Sales enablement, CRM and Customer experience strategy
- Digital/AI application in Sales operation

Your Key Responsibilities

- 10 - 12 years of experience in design and implement CRM strategies tailored to the insurance sector, focusing on customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- Hands on experience in assessing current state sales and CRM capabilities, derive future state recommendations and roadmap with business case for transformation.
- Hands on experience capturing business requirements for CRM capability implementation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and IT, to align CRM initiatives with business objectives.
- Strong understanding of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and their application in the insurance industry
- Document user stories,



and acceptance criteria while collaborating with onshore counterpart(s).
- Support test planning, test case design, test execution along with business stakeholders
- Solid analytical skills: ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
- Act as a trusted advisor in understanding and analysing client's business problem / vision, conduct current state assessment with business stakeholders via workshop, questionnaire, interview etc, analyse the collected datapoints / artifacts and provide meaningful insights / recommendations for future state design of marketing function.
- Preferred with business consulting background with sound knowledge of key Insurance business process, customer touchpoint journey design, design thinking along with stakeholder management.
- Should be able to contribute to practice development, thought leadership and business development activities.
- Should have solid hands-on experience in Design Collaboration tools (Mural/Miro/PPT/Visio) to build and modify CX Journey flows, Personas, Process Flows, etc

Skills and attributes for success Ideally, either you have delivered multiple sales /CRM transformation engagements as part of a consulting organization or have worked in Insurance carriers Sales operation / Sales support / CRM department steering such transformations end to end.

We are looking for candidates with Tier 1/Tier -2 MBA with significant industry or consulting experience in Insurance domain for Sales / CRM transformation.
