· l Coordinate patient flow across Cath Lab, Minor OT, and Interventional Radiology (IR) including biopsies and sono-guided procedures l Assist in scheduling procedures and ensure smooth interdepartmental coordination l Handle billing processes efficiently and ensure timely

closure of all cases l Support customer care activities and enhance overall patient experience l Maintain accurate documentation and track workflow activities l Act as a point of contact between patients, doctors, and

departments l Assist in CVTS coordination as and when required l Ensure proper communication and follow-ups to avoid delays in procedures.

Working conditions

l Work will be primarily in hospital settings including Cath Lab, Minor OT,



and IR departments l Requires coordination with multiple departments and healthcare professionals l May involve extended working hours depending on patient load and procedure schedules l Rapid-paced and patient-centric environment requiring attention to detail and multitasking

Skills & Abilities

l Basic communication and interpersonal skills l Good coordination and organizational abilities l Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently l Basic understanding of hospital operations (preferred but not mandatory)

l Positive attitude with a proactive “can-do / say-yes” approach l Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic healthcare environment l Freshers in administration are welcome
