Role & responsibilities

- Maintain 100% RM availability based on demand forecasting

- Prepare and communicate the rolling RM delivery schedule, forecasting to suppliers based on the production plan, inventory position and material requirements

- Ensure supplier delivery commitments against the communicated schedule and update into ERP system

- Monitor actual deliveries against the planned schedule and highlight deviations.

- Proactively follow up on potential delays, shortages or supply constraints and coordinate corrective actions with Procurement and suppliers.

- Update the RM plan based on changes in production requirements, inventory levels and supplier commitments.

- Inventory management maintain optimum stock to achieve the target stock turn

- Maintain accurate planning parameters such as lead time, safety stock, reorder levels and material master data in ERP system

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly RM availability, inventory, consumption, and supplier-performance reports.

- Coordinate with Operations, Production Planning, Warehouse and suppliers to ensure the RM availability

- Improve RM planning processes, planning parameters,



forecasting accuracy and inventory management practices.

Key Accountabilities:

- 100% RM availability as per production requirement

- RMstock-out zero production stoppages due to RM shortage

- Stock turn at the desired level

- Supplier delivery performance at the target level

- ERP master data update

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate Engineer (preferably Mechanical) with 4 to 9 years of Relevant experience & MBA in Operations Management or SCM is preferred

- Experience in Raw Material Planning or Supply Planning in a manufacturing workplace, managing >500 SKUs

- Experience in preparing and communicating RM delivery schedules/forecasts to suppliers.

- Exposure to ERP and planning RM through MRP system is MUST

- Strong analytical skill, ability to quickly identifying the root cause & arriving solution to the problem

- Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query and data analysis

- Organized, detail oriented, high learning agility, proactive, strong follow up, Strong communication skill

- Understanding of IATF
