Role & responsibilities

- Maintain and review general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.

- Experience in Fixed Assets or Lease Accounting

- Prepare, post, and review journal entries, including accruals, prepayments, provisions, reclassifications, and adjustments.

- Perform balance sheet and profit and loss account reviews.

- Execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities within agreed timelines.

- Prepare and post recurring and non-recurring journal entries.

- Perform cut-off checks and ensure transactions are recorded in the correct accounting period.

- Prepare and review balance sheet account reconciliations.

- Perform bank, intercompany, suspense, accrual, and other general ledger reconciliations, as applicable.

- Identify reconciliation differences, investigate root causes, and ensure timely resolution.
