Role & responsibilities :

- Experience in Quantity Surveying for public building projects, preferably stadiums, large-scale public buildings, or institutional projects.
- Expertise in quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, verification, and quantity reconciliation.
- Hands-on experience in client billing, RA bills, and subcontractor billing.
- Knowledge of cost estimation, rate analysis, cost control, and budget monitoring.
- Experience in preparing variations, reconciliation reports, prolongation and extra-item claims.
- Coordinate Civil, Structural, Architectural, MEP, Procurement and Construction teams.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, client presentations and project forecasts.
- Support resource planning, budgeting, risk analysis and project controls
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.





Preferred candidate profile -Experience on large-scale construction projects.

- Stadium project experience at least 1 year will be highly preferred.
- Robust knowledge of heavy civil works, structural concrete, steel structures and deep foundations.
- Experience coordinating HVAC, Electrical, Fire & Life Safety and MEP services.
- Ability to interpret structural, architectural and MEP drawings.
- Experience in Stadiums, Mega Hospitals, Mega Malls, Luxury Hotels, Mega Townships, Airport Terminal Buildings or similar landmark projects. - Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project and Advanced Excel.
