KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Prepare BOQs, estimates and detailed quantity take-offs for interior fitout projects.

- Analyse drawings, specifications and project requirements.
- Prepare project cost estimates and support budget preparation.
- Review and verify quantities, rates and material requirements.
- Prepare and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotations.
- Rate analysis and cost comparisons.
- Manage subcontractor bills, RA bills and final billing documentation.
- Track project costs, variations and additional works.
- Coordinate with project, design, procurement and site teams.
- Verify executed quantities at site and ensure accurate measurements.
- Support procurement and commercial negotiations with vendors and subcontractors.
- Maintain project cost trackers, BOQ updates and commercial MIS.
- Identify cost variations and support timely corrective actions.




- Ensure proper documentation of measurements, bills, approvals and project costs.

REQUIRED SKILLS &

EXPERIENCE Qualification BE / BTech Civil 2–3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying / Commercials/Infra/EPC Projects Hands-on experience in Building projects, Oil and Gas projects Strong knowledge of BOQ, estimation and quantity take-offs Experience in billing, rate analysis and cost tracking Experience handling vendor and subcontractor quotations Ability to read and understand architectural and interior drawings Solid MS Excel and cost estimation skills Good communication and coordination skills Strong attention to detail and numerical ability
