Hiring for Chemical Industry

Roles and responsibilities:

- Schedule & Plan Execution: Develop and implement daily or weekly production schedules to hit output goals on time and within budget.
- Resource & Workflow Allocation: Assign tasks to floor operators, manage work-in-progress (WIP), and coordinate raw material and inventory needs with the supply chain.
- Equipment Oversight: Monitor machinery performance, coordinate routine maintenance, and troubleshoot mechanical or operational bottlenecks
- Quality Control & Standards: Enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs)



and compliance guidelines (such as ISO or cGMP) across every production stage.
- Inspections & Testing: Conduct regular checks on materials, assembly processes, and finished goods to verify specifications
