Qualification : Hospital Administration (MHA), Healthcare Management, or MBA in Hospital/Healthcare Management.

Experience : 5 Years plus

Key Skills

- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of hospital regulatory compliance, infection control guidelines, and quality data analytics.
- Auditing & Documentation: Ability to conduct internal/external quality rounds and maintain statutory records.
- Soft Skills: Solid leadership, staff training capabilities, cross-departmental coordination, and communication skills.

Specific Exposure:

- Hands-on experience driving NABH or NABL accreditation and compliance audits.
- Background in drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), clinical quality indicators, and hospital policies.
- Experience handling Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and patient safety incident reporting.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
