Role Overview

We’re looking for experienced Quality Operations Leads to manage QA teams, monitor quality performance, resolve issues, and ensure AI annotation projects meet client standards.

What You’ll Do

- Lead QA teams and manage review priorities.
- Monitor quality scores, accuracy, error rates, and turnaround times.
- Conduct audits, sampling, and calibration.
- Identify recurring issues and implement corrective actions.
- Resolve guideline-related queries and report quality insights.
- Coordinate with Team Leads and the Quality Manager.

Key Requirements

- 5–7 years of overall experience, including 2–3 years leading QA or quality operations teams.




- Robust knowledge of auditing, sampling, calibration, and root-cause analysis.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience in data annotation, data labeling, or AI training projects is preferred.

Work Commitment

- Working hours: 7 AM–4 PM PST.
- Five working days per week, including weekends as required, with two weekdays off.
- Fully remote contractor engagement.
