Roles & Responsibilities -

Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System in compliance with ISO standards.

Monitor the documentation work and maintain the Revision History.

2 Manage and prepare the SOPs, Work Instructions,



and Quality Manuals as required for the operational activities. Ensure Document control by all departments.

3 Provide planning and schedule the Internal Quality Audit activities for Product Audit, Process Audit, Document Audit, System Audit, and Certificate Audit.

4 Timely review of the NCs (Non-Conformities) and ensure CAPA activities.

5 Promote Quality Best practices and display quality-related activities in the Fabrication and Machine Shop area.

6 Review daily and weekly Production & Rejection Meetings, and perform root cause analysis (RCA) for the quality loss.

- Analyze the major rejection areas;
- Generate problem-solving activities and;
- Implement them.

7 Review and verify all the quality-related documents and reports. 8 Manage and perform the incoming raw material inspection and components, and Job work inspection for quality compliance using standard tools and documentation.

9 Perform in-process and final inspection and review the fabricated & machined components as per the Drawing.

10 Timely manage the Calibration of the Measuring Instruments.

11 Perform entry in the ERP:-

- Dimensional
- Rejection
- Customer Complaints
- Instrument Calibration





12 Maintain the safety measures. 13 Contribute to formulating performance metrics and KPIs aligned with business objectives.

14 Maintain 5S standards and lean manufacturing practices on the Shop floor.

15 Initiate Kaizen programs and contribute to their development.

Monitor Kaizen activities and achieve measurable improvements in quality, productivity, and cost efficiency.

16 Coordinate with HR in learning and development programs.

17 Attain and contribute to Management Review Meetings, discuss the challenges and document the solutions:-

- Quality related Audits and Process Compliance
- NCs happened and RCA with CAPA
- Rejection and Rework rate
- Customer Complaints & Closure time
- Production Loss
- QMS awareness

18 Coordinate with HR and conduct QMS awareness training for the Team. 19 Maintain the Audit - related documents, participate during the Audits and provide support during the process.

20 Coordination with Consultants and any other external service providers as per the requirements

21 To Manage the Organization's wellness habits, preserve and nurture the culture of the organization

22 To maintain data security and confidentiality

23 To act as a substitute in the absence of your colleague and take the emergent responsibilities

24 To act according to the company’s HR Policies, rules and regulations, and provide support in Team Building & Recruitment activities.
