QUALITY ENGINEER / SUPERVISOR / INSPECTOR (CNC | CMM | Machine Shop | Precision Components | Automotive Parts)

Role Summary

We are hiring skilled Quality Engineers, Quality Supervisors, and Quality Inspectors for overseas manufacturing opportunities in Singapore and Malaysia. Candidates should have experience in quality inspection, CNC-machined components, precision measurement instruments, CMM inspection, and manufacturing quality control to ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Engineering & Assurance

- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with customer specifications.
- Implement quality control procedures and inspection standards.
- Analyze quality issues and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Prepare quality reports, inspection records, and documentation.

Quality Inspection CNC & Machine Shop

- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections.
- Inspect CNC turning, milling, VMC, and precision-machined components.
- Interpret engineering drawings, tolerances, and GD&T.;
- Verify dimensions using Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Bore Gauges, and Height Gauges.
- Identify defects, deviations, and non-conforming products.

CMM & Precision Measurement

- Perform dimensional inspection using CMM equipment, where applicable.
- Interpret CMM inspection reports and dimensional measurement results.




- Verify component geometry against engineering drawings.
- Maintain calibration status of measuring instruments.

Quality Supervision & Process Control

- Supervise quality inspectors and shop-floor inspection activities.
- Monitor rejection, rework, scrap, and defect rates.
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
- Conduct first-piece inspection and support process approval.
- Maintain inspection checkpoints and traceability records

Quality Systems & Continuous Improvement

- Maintain ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 documentation, as applicable.
- Apply 7 QC Tools, SPC, FMEA, PPAP, and 8D problem-solving methods.
- Support internal audits, customer audits, and supplier quality activities.
- Implement 5S, Kaizen, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Candidate Profile

- 2–8 years of experience in manufacturing quality control or quality assurance.
- Relevant qualification in Mechanical / Production / related engineering disciplines.
- Knowledge of CNC components, machine shop processes, and precision inspection.
- Experience with measuring instruments and engineering drawings.
- CMM operating experience preferred for CMM-related positions.
- Knowledge of GD&T;, SPC, RCA, CAPA, and 7 QC Tools is an advantage.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, if required.
