- Develop, implement, and monitor QA processes across all PCB manufacturing stages (lamination, drilling, plating, etching, solder mask, and final inspection).

- Lead in-process and final quality inspections to ensure compliance with IPC standards (e.g., IPC-A-600, IPC-6012).

- Identify root causes of product defects and drive corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).

- Prepare and maintain quality documentation — control plans, inspection reports, deviation reports, and customer complaint logs.

- Collaborate with production and engineering teams for continuous process improvement.

- Ensure calibration and maintenance of all testing and measuring instruments.

- Support customer quality audits and provide necessary reports and data.

- Conduct routine testing of process chemicals (copper plating, etching, stripping, etc.) and record test data.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
