Quality Engineer GRADE - 1

- Basic knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes such as laser cutting, CNC punching, bending, welding, drilling, and machining.

- Ability to inspect fabricated and machined components for dimensions, material thickness, hole sizes, bending angles, and surface defects.

- Basic ability to read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.

- Basic awareness of GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) symbols used in engineering drawings.

- Ability to use measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, measuring tapes, and angle gauges.

- Knowledge of incoming material inspection, in-process inspection, and final quality checking.

- Ability to identify and report material defects,



dimensional variations, and manufacturing defects.

- Willingness to learn quality control procedures, inspection methods, and ISO quality standards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
