1. Co-ordinate the follow up of work orders assigned to them by the Quality and technical team
2. Maintain reports of such follow-ups.
3. Manage incoming calls from internal stakeholders and external stakeholders (customers)-if required.
4. Support the team in investigation and summarising history of the complaints.
5. Other duties as assigned by the reporting authority or higher authorities.
6. Submit MIS at prescribed intervals.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
