– QC Assistant (Mould Inspection)

Job Responsibilities

- Inspect glass bottle moulds and components as per engineering drawings and specifications.
- Measure dimensions using Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, and Height Gauges.
- Check dimensional accuracy, tolerances, and surface finish of machined components.
- Record inspection measurements and maintain quality inspection reports.
- Identify dimensional deviations and report defects to the QC Supervisor.
- Coordinate with the CNC machining and production teams to ensure product quality.
- Maintain measuring instruments properly and ensure accurate inspection practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred.




- Practical experience in using Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, and Height Gauges.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand dimensional tolerances.
- Experience in mould inspection or precision machining is an advantage.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and willingness to learn.

Work Location: Glasstech Components – Plant 3, Coimbatore Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
