Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control QC Designer who can review creative outputs, identify design errors, and ensure that every deliverable meets quality standards before submission to clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Review graphic designs, social media creatives, advertisements, brochures, catalogues, packaging, presentations, and other design deliverables.
- Check spelling, grammar, punctuation, alignment, spacing, typography, colour consistency, image quality, and overall visual presentation.
- Verify compliance with client brand guidelines, design briefs, reference materials, and approved copy.
- Check dimensions, aspect ratios, resolutions, bleed, margins, file formats, and export settings wherever applicable.
- Identify inconsistencies in layouts, logo placement, visual hierarchy, image proportions, and design execution.
- Ensure all required content and elements are included before final delivery.
- Provide clear, actionable feedback to designers and coordinate with Project Managers for corrections.
- Maintain QC checklists and document recurring mistakes to reduce repeated errors.
- Verify that revisions address all previously identified issues.
- Help improve internal design quality standards and review processes.
- Meet quality, turnaround-time,



and productivity targets without compromising accuracy.

Key Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 2 - 5 years of experience in graphic design, design production, or creative quality control.
- Solid understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, alignment, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, or equivalent tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong command of written English.
- Ability to interpret design briefs and brand guidelines accurately.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple creatives and meet tight deadlines.

Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Accuracy and consistency of QC reviews.

- Effectiveness of feedback provided to the design team.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
