- Visit client sites and our Taloja workshop for inspection and load testing of lifting equipment: EOT cranes, gantry cranes, spreader and lifting beams, slings, shackles, chain blocks and other lifting tackles.
- Carry out and witness proof load tests, visual inspections and NDT such as MPI, DPT and UT
- Support calibration of load cells, dynamometers and other testing instruments, and maintain calibration records
- Prepare inspection reports, test certificates and statutory forms such as Form 10/11/12 under the Factories Act
- Prepare and maintain quality dossiers and production-control documents for fabrication jobs. These include ITPs, material test certificates, WPS/PQR, NDT reports and final documentation packages
- Coordinate with clients, consultants and third-party inspectors (such as DNV, BV, LR and Apave) during inspections and witness tests
- Follow site safety norms and ensure tests are done to the applicable standards (IS, ASME B30 / BTH-1, LOLER, EN, client specifications)
- Maintain traceability of equipment,



test records and documentation.
- Diploma or B.E. / B.Tech, preferably in Mechanical Engineering (other backgrounds with relevant experience will be considered). - Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control, inspection, testing or site engineering- Working knowledge of NDT methods; ASNT Level II in MT / PT / UT is an added advantage- Familiarity with lifting equipment, fabrication and welding inspection is preferred- Good report writing and documentation skills; comfortable with MS Excel, Word and email- Good communication in English and Hindi for client interaction- Willing to travel frequently to outstation sites at short notice and work in industrial and site conditions

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
