Key Responsibilities

Verify and cross-check data entered in company systems for accuracy and completeness. Identify and report errors, discrepancies, missing information and incorrect entries. Ensure data is maintained as per defined quality standards and processes. Review completed work and ensure accuracy of both quality and quantity. Coordinate with Data Entry Operators to rectify identified errors. Maintain daily quality-check records and reports/MIS. Ensure assigned work is completed within defined timelines and productivity standards. Maintain confidentiality of company and business information. Escalate recurring errors or quality concerns to the reporting manager.
