Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or Degree in Textile Engineering.

3-5 years of relevant Exp in Quality As or QC, preferably in garment or textile industry.

Practical knowledge of in-line QC, inward inspection, and final inspection procedures.

Good understanding of fabric defects, fabric inspection, stitching defects, and garment quality standards.

Knowledge of garment measurements, workmanship standards, and quality inspection methods.

Good observation skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.

Basic documentation and reporting skills.

Valuable communication and coordination skills to work effectively with production and quality teams.

Support continuous improvement in quality and laboratory processes

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and quality-focused Officer Quality Assurance with 3-5 years of experience in garment quality control and inspection. The candidate will be responsible for conducting in-line quality checks, inward inspections, and final inspections to ensure that products meet the required quality standards.



The role also requires expertise in fabric checking and stitching quality inspection to maintain product consistency and minimize defects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-line quality control (QC) inspections during garment production to identify and rectify defects.
- Perform inward inspections of fabrics, trims, and other incoming materials as per quality standards.
- Carry out final inspections of finished garments to ensure compliance with buyer specifications and quality requirements.
- Perform detailed fabric checking to identify defects such as stains, holes, shade variations, weaving defects, and other material irregularities.
- Inspect stitching quality, including seam strength, stitch density, thread tension, measurements, and finishing.
- Identify, document, and report quality issues and coordinate with production teams for corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to established quality standards, inspection procedures, and company requirements.
- Maintain inspection records, quality reports, and defect tracking documentation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce rejection rates and improve overall product quality.
