Partwerkz is hiring: Quality Manager | Bangalore

At Partwerkz, we're building a manufacturing-as-a-service platform that helps businesses get precision parts made reliably and at scale. Quality is the core of that promise, and we're looking for someone to own it.

What you'll do

- Lead quality assurance across our manufacturing network and in-house operations
- Run inspections using vernier calipers, micrometers, and other measurement tools
- Set up and maintain quality systems, inspection plans, and SOPs
- Review drawings and specs, and catch deviations before they reach the customer
- Run root cause analysis and drive corrective and preventive actions
- Work with vendors and production teams to keep quality consistent

What we're looking for





- 2-4 years of experience in quality management in manufacturing
- Hands-on proficiency with CMM, vernier, and other precision measuring instruments
- Strong eye for detail, and the discipline to document what you find
- Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T;
- Explicit communicator who can work with vendors, engineers, and customers
