- Technical resource for on-going production activities: monitoring, establishing & improving production quality, general production support, documentation & analysis of production KPIs.

- Collaborate with Quality team to ensure quality metrics are achieved and develop cadence for communication to internal and external stakeholders.

- Developing site specific quality processes and collaborate with Quality team to establish training process.

- Responsible for reviewing safety standards to ensure the Internal and External stakeholders are properly meeting these guidelines.

- Leads site specific quality improvement, yield improvement & corrective action projects with internal and external stakeholders.

- Recommends manufacturing processes designed to be productive, cost-effective, and to promote quality and reliability.

- Assesses current equipment and processes and makes recommendations for changes. Helps to troubleshoot and repair equipment. Shows results in reports. May train personnel in equipment usage
- and processes.

- Collaborate with research and development team as technologies transition to pilot & scale-up
- environments to ensure a successful commercialization.
