Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Checker to handle garment cleaning, quality inspection, and record maintenance for our ethnic wear collection.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate garment-cleaning machines to remove loose threads, lint, dust, and other surface impurities.
- Inspect garments for stains, loose threads, finishing defects, and overall quality.
- Ensure garments meet the required quality and presentation standards before dispatch.
- Maintain daily entries and records of garments processed, including quantities and work status.




- Update garment details in registers or the computer system, as required.
- Handle garments carefully to prevent fabric damage.
- Coordinate with the production and finishing teams to ensure timely completion of work.
- Maintain cleanliness of the machine and work area.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in quality checking or garment finishing, preferably in ethnic wear.
- Basic computer knowledge for maintaining entries and records.
- Good attention to detail and knowledge of garment handling.
- Ability to identify finishing defects and maintain quality standards.
- Responsible, organised, and punctual.
