About the Role

We’re seeking a Programming & Technology expert to assess and qualify professional freelancers across various technology-related categories.

The role involves reviewing freelancer portfolios, live projects, applications, and technical work samples to determine whether they meet professional quality standards.

The ideal candidate has practical experience in at least one major technology discipline, such as Web Development, Software Development, Mobile Applications, AI Development, or Quality Assurance, along with a broad understanding of up-to-date technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Freelancer Evaluation

- Evaluate freelancer portfolios, technical projects, live websites, applications, and relevant work samples.
- Assess work quality, technical complexity, functionality, usability, and professional execution.
- Evaluate applicants within their areas of technical expertise, which may include:

1. Website Development & Maintenance
2. Software & Mobile App Development
3. AI Development, Chatbots & Automation
4. Cloud Computing & DevOps
5. Game Development
6. Cybersecurity & Blockchain
7. Other Programming & Technology Services

- Verify the authenticity and credibility of submitted portfolios and projects.
- Approve or reject applicants based on predefined evaluation criteria.

Quality Assurance & Reporting

- Maintain consistency and accuracy across evaluations.
- Identify technical weaknesses and distinguish basic implementations from professional-level work.
- Prepare structured evaluation notes with clear justifications.




- Collaborate with internal teams and subject-matter experts for evaluations outside primary areas of expertise.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, development practices, and industry standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years of experience in at least one relevant technology domain.
- Strong technical understanding of the candidate's primary area of expertise.
- General familiarity with software development processes, modern technologies, and technical quality standards.
- Ability to review and assess technical portfolios, projects, and applications.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Good written English communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to make objective, evidence-based evaluation decisions.

Preferred Attributes

- Experience in software development, technical QA, code review, or technical assessment.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and emerging technologies.
- Previous experience evaluating technical talent or working with freelancer marketplaces.
- Willingness to learn and evaluate new technologies using established guidelines.
- Comfortable handling multiple evaluations while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
