Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Qualified Chartered Accountant located in Bengaluru. The role involves managing statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits for clients across various industries. Daily responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and tax laws, and handling direct and indirect tax filings and assessments.

The Chartered

Accountant will provide advisory support on financial planning, tax optimization, and regulatory matters, and will interact with clients to understand their business needs and deliver accurate, timely professional services.



The role also includes supervising junior team members, maintaining detailed documentation, and supporting process improvements within the firm.

Qualifications

- Professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA), with valid membership in the relevant professional body.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, audit procedures, and financial reporting requirements.
- Practical experience in direct and indirect taxation, including tax returns, assessments, and compliance.
- Ability to analyze financial data, identify issues, and present clear, actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency with accounting and tax software, spreadsheets, and general office productivity tools.
- Effective communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to explain technical matters clearly.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Experience in a CA firm environment in audit, tax, or advisory services is preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate within a team-oriented setting.
