– Management Representative (MR)

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and monitor the Quality Management System (QMS) across Machining and Forging units.
- Oversee QMS activities related to Current Product Development (NPD), customer complaints, and in-house quality.
- Lead the implementation and maintenance of IATF 16949 requirements.
- Conduct internal process and product audits.
- Plan and execute supplier audits.
- Assist the HR department in Training & Development (T&D;) activities.
- Conduct mock audits and coordinate customer audits.
- Handle PPAP documentation, SPC, MSA, CAPA, 8D analysis, Red Bin Analysis, and Cross-Functional Team (CFT) activities on the shop floor.
- Ensure compliance with inspection standards and implementation of QMS procedures.
- Manage and guide a team of two quality personnel, including an Assistant Manager and junior team members.
- Prepare and present Management Information System (MIS) reports to management.

Required Skills & Technical Knowledge

- Strong knowledge of Machining,



Forging, Heat Treatment, and Standard Room operations.
- Hands-on experience with IATF 16949, QMS implementation, auditing, and quality management systems.
- Proficiency in PPAP, SPC, MSA, CAPA, 8D, and related quality tools.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, leadership, reporting, and presentation skills.
- Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the same MR/QMS role.
- Practical experience in automotive manufacturing, machining, and forging environments.
- Ability to lead quality initiatives, manage a team, and coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, customers, and management.
