Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented QMS Assistant to support the maintenance, documentation, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System in our manufacturing operations. The candidate will assist in maintaining quality records, supporting audits, tracking process quality, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, customer specifications, and quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Maintain and update quality management system documents, procedures, work instructions, and records.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing required documents, maintaining records, and coordinating audit activities.
- Track shop-floor quality performance and monitor compliance with established processes and quality standards.
- Maintain calibration records and documentation for inspection instruments and equipment.
- Assist in documenting non-conformities, tracking corrective actions, and supporting customer complaint resolution.




- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely closure of quality-related issues.
- Assist in preparing quality reports, maintaining records, and coordinating employee training related to quality procedures.

Skills Required
- Basic understanding of regulatory requirements and quality management systems.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and quality documentation practices.
- Positive document control, record maintenance, and filing skills.
- Understanding of document archiving, traceability, and record management.
- Basic knowledge of engineering drawings, measurement instruments, and data collection.
- Familiarity with 5S, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma concepts.
- Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Attention to detail, integrity, punctuality, and respect for SOPs and workplace safety.
- Willingness to learn new processes and use AI tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot for work-related tasks, while verifying their outputs.
