Key Responsibilities

1.Raw Material & Finished Goods Inspection

- Perform physical and chemical testing on incoming raw materials and finished auxiliary batches.

- Evaluate critical chemical parameters including pH, solids content (dry content), viscosity, density, and ionic nature.

- Conduct sensory evaluations such as color matching, physical appearance, and odour tracking.

2.Application Testing (Performance Verification)

- Pretreatment Auxiliaries: Evaluate the wetting time of wetting agents, emulsifying power of scouring agents, and peroxide stability.

- Dyeing Auxiliaries: Test the performance of leveling agents, sequestering agents, dispersing agents, and washing-off/fixing agents in mock-dyeing cycles.

- Finishing Auxiliaries: Evaluate softeners, silicone emulsions,



and water repellents for hand feel, yellowing index, and specific performance traits.

3.Laboratory Management & Calibration

- Operate and calibrate lab equipment including pH meters, viscometers, refractometers, UV-Vis spectrophotometers, and lab-scale padding/dyeing machines.

- Maintain comprehensive, error-free documentation of batch records, Certificate of Analysis (COA) logs, and non-conformity reports.

Troubleshooting & Compliance

- Identify batch variances and collaborate with the production and R&D; teams to implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
