Role & responsibilities

- Conduct Quality control test for In-process, finished products,

Stability samples, Water for injection and Purified water.
- Perform analysis of non-conforming samples for investigation
- To assist in the Internal and external audits
- Preparation & Standardization of Volumetric solution in LIMS.
- Preparation of Solution/Reagent in Solution Management System in LIMS.
- Calibration and maintenance of Laboratory Instruments in quality control area.
- Verification of sample requisition form from production department followed by Sample Login in LIMS (Laboratory information management system).
- Maintain the chemical/Reagent and Solvent Management system in LIMS
- Maintain the column management system in LIMS.
- Calibration and Maintenance of all glass wares
- Analysis of external finished product samples.
- Maintain the inventory log books
