Job Summary

Trost is looking for a detail-oriented and quality-focused Quality Control (QC) professional to ensure that products, materials, and processes meet established quality standards. The candidate will be responsible for conducting inspections, identifying defects, maintaining quality records, and coordinating with relevant departments to ensure compliance with company policies and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect incoming raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods as per defined quality standards.

- Perform routine quality checks and inspections to identify defects, deviations, and non-conformities.

- Ensure products meet approved specifications, drawings, and quality parameters.

- Maintain QC reports, inspection records, checklists, and documentation.

- Identify quality issues and coordinate with production and other relevant departments for corrective action.

- Monitor process compliance and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

- Report quality deviations to the reporting manager and support root cause analysis.

- Verify that measuring instruments and inspection tools are properly maintained and calibrated.

- Support internal audits, quality improvement initiatives,



and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

- Ensure compliance with applicable safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, depending on the industry.

- 1–3 years of experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance preferred.

- Basic knowledge of inspection procedures, quality standards, and documentation.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting.

- Solid attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹72,000.00 per month
