Mandatory Skills

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) / Demandware

- Strong experience in Retail / E-commerce domain

- Functional, Regression, Integration & End-to-End Testing

- API Testing using Postman

- Web & Mobile Testing – Android & iOS

- Testing of Cart, Checkout, Payment & Order Management workflows

- Agile methodology and release validation

- Strong test case design, requirements analysis and defect management

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, design, execute and document functional, integration, E2E and regression testing.

- Analyze requirements and acceptance criteria and identify risks and defects at an early stage.





- Prepare and maintain test data, test environments and execution evidence.

- Perform API, web and mobile testing to ensure adequate test coverage.

- Identify, report, track and retest defects through closure.

- Own release validation for assigned scope and ensure quality delivery within timelines.

- Support UAT and launch readiness, including defect triage, retesting and sign-off.

- Collaborate with engineering, product and business teams in an Agile setting.

Contribute to continuous QA improvement, including the use of AI-assisted test case generation for better test coverage
