Role Overview

Clikzop Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Product Management & QA Executive to manage software projects across the complete delivery lifecycle—from initial requirement gathering and scope definition to hands-on testing, API validation, and final client delivery. This role acts as a critical bridge connecting client requirements, software QA, and technical execution across e-commerce, ERP/CRM, SaaS, and bespoke custom applications.

Key Responsibilities

1. Requirement Analysis & Scope Management

- Requirement Gathering: Gather, analyze, and document client requirements, business workflows, user stories, and project specifications.
- Project Planning: Prepare project scope plans, work breakdown structures, task lists, timelines, delivery milestones, and release schedules.
- Change Control: Manage client change requests, assess project impact on deadlines, and ensure requirement traceability throughout development.

2. Quality Assurance & Defect Tracking

- Test Strategy & Execution: Design, document, and execute structured test cases, scenarios, checklists, and test execution reports.
- Manual Testing Suite: Perform functional, UI/UX, regression, smoke, sanity, and end-to-end workflow testing on web and mobile software applications.
- API & Backend Testing: Conduct API testing using Postman to validate HTTP request/response flows, JSON payloads, headers, and third-party integrations.
- Debugging & Web Inspection: Utilize Chrome DevTools to inspect DOM layouts, analyze network traffic, identify console errors, and diagnose client-side issues.
- Database Verification: Execute basic SQL queries to validate database updates, record accuracy, business rule enforcement, and backend data integrity.
- Defect Lifecycle Management: Identify, document, log, track, and verify bugs using Jira, Bugzilla, or similar defect-tracking platforms.

3. Project Delivery,



Client Handling & UAT

- Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact between clients, engineering teams, QA peers, and management to ensure aligned delivery.
- UAT & Client Demos: Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), lead client product walkthroughs, collect feedback, and manage issue resolution.
- Risk & Timeline Management: Monitor daily task progress, flag delivery risks early, resolve project bottlenecks, and maintain agreed delivery timelines.
- Deployment & Support: Support software configuration, release deployments, user onboarding, user documentation, and post-delivery troubleshooting.

Technical & Professional Qualifications

- Manual Testing Mastery: In-depth understanding of manual testing techniques, functional testing, UI/UX validation, regression testing, and workflow execution.
- API & Technical Tools: Hands-on experience with Postman (API request configuration, JSON validation) and Chrome DevTools (Console, Network, Sources).
- Database & Querying: Working knowledge of SQL for database validation, simple/complex SELECT queries, and data verification.
- Defect & Task Management: Practical familiarity with Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Bugzilla, or equivalent project tracking platforms.
- Documentation & Analysis: Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for test planning, defect matrices, status reporting, and project metrics.
- SDLC & STLC Processes: Solid grasp of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), defect lifecycles,



and agile release practices.

Candidate Eligibility & Profile

- Experience: 1–3 years of qualified experience in Software QA, Project Coordination, Software Implementation, or Junior Product Management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field (practical experience considered).
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical details clearly to both clients and developers.
- Analytical Mindset: High attention to detail, structured problem-solving skills, and a strong quality-first approach to project deliverables.
- Task Management: Proven ability to multitask, prioritize high-impact issues, and work effectively under delivery deadlines.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

- Domain Knowledge: Prior experience testing or managing ERP, CRM, SaaS, or E-Commerce applications.
- Automation Exposure: Basic exposure to or understanding of test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress).
- Integrations & Workflows: Familiarity with role-based access control (RBAC), multi-tenant applications, and third-party API integrations.
