Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist in designing, developing, and executing test cases for web, mobile, and API-based applications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing under supervision.
- Report, track, and verify defects using standard bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, open project etc.).
- Collaborate with developers, senior QA engineers, and product teams to ensure product quality.
- Learn and apply testing tools, frameworks, and methodologies as per project requirements.




- Contribute to test documentation including test plans, test cases, and execution reports.

Desired Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of software testing life cycle (STLC), defect life cycle, and QA methodologies.
- Familiarity with manual testing and exposure to automation tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Valuable communication and teamwork abilities.
- Completed a certification or course in Software Testing / Quality Engineering (preferred).
- Prior internship (6 months) in a reputed organization in the QA/Testing domain will be an added advantage.
