Summary of The Job

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our QA team. This is a replacement position aimed at strengthening our quality engineering capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong balance of manual and automation testing experience, along with a solid understanding of software testing principles.

Responsibilities

- Understand product requirements, business workflows, and functional specifications
- Design, create, and execute comprehensive test cases and test scenarios (manual testing)
- Identify, document, and track bugs effectively
- Develop, enhance, and maintain automation test frameworks and scripts
- Ensure high test coverage across features and releases
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders
- Participate in sprint planning, grooming, and release activities
- Continuously improve testing processes, tools,



and quality standards

Qualifications

- 2–3 years of experience in software testing (manual + automation)
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC
- Experience in test case design and execution
- Hands-on experience with automation tools (Playwright, Selenium, or similar)
- Proficiency in programming (Python preferred)
- Experience with API testing (Postman, requests, etc.)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
- Good understanding of test frameworks and reporting tools
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- It's good to have experience in insurance/fintech domain, exposure to performance or security testing, experience with test reporting tools (e.g., Allure)
