Dwaraka Coorparation Pvt Ltd, Puttur Dakshina kannada a leading property developer is looking for an experienced Quality Control & Assurance Engineer (Civil) with a minimum of 5 years of experience to independently own quality assurance and quality control across our construction sites — ensuring that all works comply with approved drawings, IS standards and company quality benchmarks.

Location: Puttur, Dakshina kannada (Candidates from Mangalore, Puttur, Sullia, Bantwal and Belthangady areas preffered

Key Responsibilities

Quality Control & Inspection

- Conduct stage-wise quality inspections across all active sites (excavation, RCC, masonry, finishing, MEP works)
- Verify that materials used comply with approved brands, specifications and IS standards
- Prepare and maintain quality checklists, inspection reports and non-conformance records
- Identify defects / deviations and coordinate corrective action with site engineers and contractors

Quality Systems & Documentation
- Develop and standardize quality checklists, SOPs and inspection formats across projects
- Maintain quality records, test reports and material test certificates
- Coordinate material testing (cube tests, soil tests, etc.) with approved laboratories as required
- Track and report quality KPIs and rework / rectification trends across sites

Training & Compliance
- Train site engineers, supervisors and contractor teams on quality standards and best practices
- Ensure compliance with statutory building codes and quality regulations
- Conduct periodic audits of site quality practices and safety-linked quality aspects

Coordination
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, the Design Team and Project Management on quality-related design or execution issues




- Report quality status and issues regularly to the Project Manager / Construction Head
- Liaise with external quality consultants / testing labs as needed

Technical Skills Required

Mandatory

- Strong knowledge of RCC construction, finishing works and residential building execution
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
- Working knowledge of IS codes and standard quality testing procedures
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel / MS Project

Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong track record in quality control for residential / real estate construction projects.

- Ability to independently own quality across multiple sites

- Firm but constructive coordination with site teams
- Problem-solving and root-cause analysis
- Ability to enforce standards under deadline pressure
