Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented QA Analyst with at least one year of experience in software testing and quality assurance. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, tracking, and testing issues across websites, applications, software, and digital platforms to ensure smooth functionality and a reliable user experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Test websites, web applications, software, and digital platforms to identify bugs and technical issues.
- Perform functional, usability, and compatibility testing across browsers and devices.
- Identify, document, prioritize, and track bugs until resolution.
- Coordinate with developers and technical teams to resolve reported issues.
- Retest features after fixes to ensure proper functionality.
- Test APIs, software integrations, and digital workflows.
- Maintain test cases, bug reports, and quality assurance documentation.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements.
- Monitor website and application functionality and report potential problems.

Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in QA,



software testing, or a related technical role.
- Good understanding of manual testing, test cases, and bug reporting.
- Experience testing websites, applications, or software.
- Familiarity with bug-tracking tools such as Jira or similar platforms.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, APIs, SQL, or browser developer tools is preferred.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with developers and other teams.

Educational Qualification
- B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- BCA, MCA, B.Sc. Computer Science, or an equivalent technical qualification.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cross-browser and responsive website testing.
- Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman.
- Familiarity with automation testing tools is an advantage.
- Ability to investigate technical issues and verify solutions.
