Acadeno Research and Innovation Center is looking for a motivated and skilled Python Full Stack Developer & Technical Trainer with 6 months to 1 year of experience in Python development. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of full stack web development, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for teaching and mentoring students.

The candidate will be responsible for developing web applications, contributing to real-world projects, delivering practical technical training, and guiding students in developing their programming skills and preparing for industry opportunities.

Key ResponsibilitiesPython Full Stack Development

- Develop, test, and maintain web applications using Python.
- Build backend applications using Django or Flask.
- Create responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
- Work with databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs.
- Debug code, troubleshoot technical issues, and improve application performance.
- Use Git and GitHub for version control and collaboration.
- Follow coding standards and software development best practices.
- Collaborate with team members on real-world software development projects.

Technical Training and Student Mentoring
- Conduct practical training sessions on Python Full Stack Development.
- Teach Python programming, OOP concepts, and programming fundamentals.
- Train students in Django or Flask, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and database management.
- Explain REST APIs, version control, and web application development workflows.
- Prepare training materials, assignments, coding exercises, and assessments.
- Guide students in developing real-time projects and technical portfolios.
- Conduct coding assessments, project reviews, and mock technical interviews.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.




- Help students improve their coding, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Support students in preparing for technical interviews and entry-level developer positions.

Required Technical Skills
- Valuable knowledge of Python programming and OOP concepts.
- Basic practical experience with Django or Flask.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
- Familiarity with MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Understanding of REST APIs and web development fundamentals.
- Familiarity with Git and GitHub.
- Basic knowledge of debugging and troubleshooting.
- Ability to develop basic full stack web applications.

Required Soft Skills

Eligibility Criteria
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Python development or a related technical role.
- Candidates with relevant Python full stack projects are encouraged to apply.
- Previous teaching, mentoring, or technical training experience is an added advantage.
- A bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
