Role Overview

We are looking for a SOFICO Miles QA / Test Analyst to support quality assurance and testing activities for a client operating in the automotive leasing industry.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the SOFICO Miles platform, combined with a background in quality assurance, software testing, or business analysis. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure effective testing, system quality, and alignment with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Support end-to-end testing and quality assurance activities within the SOFICO Miles platform.

- Design, prepare, and execute test cases and scenarios based on business and functional requirements.

- Plan, coordinate, and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions with business stakeholders.

- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and testing teams to identify, investigate, and resolve defects.

- Provide functional guidance to testers on SOFICO Miles processes and workflows.

- Review and improve testing methodologies, processes,



and overall quality standards.

- Translate business requirements into practical testing scenarios and validation criteria.

- Ensure testing activities align with business expectations and project deliverables.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Hands-on experience with SOFICO Miles is mandatory.

- Professional experience in quality assurance, software testing, or business analysis.

- Understanding of software testing methodologies, test design, and defect management.

- Experience coordinating or supporting UAT activities with business stakeholders.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional technical and business teams.

- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have

- Experience in the automotive finance, leasing, or car-leasing industry.

- Experience guiding testing teams or improving QA processes.

- Previous experience working with Volkswagen Financial Services (VWFS).

- French or Dutch language proficiency.

Sourcing note:

SOFICO Miles experience is the primary screening criterion and must not be substituted with general QA or testing experience. Candidates with a business analyst background are equally suitable if they have practical Miles expertise and can support testing activities, guide testers, and coordinate UAT.
