Position Overview

We are looking for a passionate, results-driven Data Science & Data Analytics Developer-cum-Trainer proficient in Python. In this dual role, you will be responsible for leading practical training sessions, mentoring engineering students on real-time projects, and contributing to internal data-driven software development tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Training & Mentorship:
- Deliver structured, hands-on training sessions in Python, Data Science, Data Analytics, and Machine Learning to engineering students and interns.
- Guide students through end-to-end live projects, final-year project implementations, and practical lab assignments.
- Simplify complex technical concepts and mentor students to build industry-ready portfolios.
- Curriculum & Content Development:
- Design, update, and optimize training modules, course materials, assignments, and assessments aligned with current industry trends.
- Development & Technical Execution:




- Work on internal or client-based data analytics and data science tasks using Python when not conducting training sessions.
- Build data pipelines, perform exploratory data analysis (EDA), and implement machine learning models.
- Evaluation & Support:
- Assess student performance, provide constructive technical feedback, and prepare them for technical interviews and IT placements.

Required Technical Skills & Qualifications

- Education: B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech / MCA / M.Sc (Computer Science / IT / Data Science / Allied streams).
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of professional experience in Python development, Data Analytics, or Data Science (freshers with exceptional training/coding skills and project portfolios may also be considered).
- Core Tech Stack:
- Programming: Advanced proficiency in Python.
- Data Libraries: NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Scikit-Learn.
- Data Analytics: SQL, Excel, and exposure to visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau).
- Data Science / AI: Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA), Statistical Analysis, Machine Learning algorithms, and basic Deep Learning concepts.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and inspiring young engineering minds.
- Patience and ability to handle diverse learning curves among students.
