We are looking for a Backend Developer (Python) who can help build and scale a high-performance travel booking platform. You will be responsible for designing APIs, handling large datasets, and ensuring smooth booking and payment flows.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain scalable backend systems using Python
- Build RESTful APIs for web and mobile applications
- Integrate third-party APIs (payments, booking engines, travel suppliers)
- Optimize database queries and improve performance
- Ensure security, reliability, and scalability of backend services
- Work closely with frontend, product, and business teams

⚙Tech Stack (Expected Skills)
- Solid experience in Python (Django / Flask / FastAPI)
- Database knowledge: MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB
- API development & integration
- Understanding of microservices architecture
- Familiarity with AWS / Cloud services
- Experience with Git,



Docker (bonus)
- Knowledge of payment gateways & booking systems (highly preferred)

Requirements
- 1–5 years of backend development experience
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
- Understanding of system design basics
- Prior experience in travel, OTA, or e-commerce platforms is a plus
