Job Summary

Purplle is looking for an energetic, customer-focused, and result-oriented Store Manager to manage daily store operations, drive sales, lead the store team, and deliver an excellent customer experience in the beauty and personal care retail segment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Lead, motivate, and manage Beauty Advisors and other store staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor store sales, conversion rates, average bill value, and other KPIs.
- Maintain visual merchandising, product displays, and store hygiene.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and stock audits.
- Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and adherence to company policies.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Conduct team briefings, performance reviews, and on-the-job training.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and retail operational standards.

Eligibility Criteria




- Graduate preferred.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in retail operations or store management.
- Experience in beauty, cosmetics, fashion, lifestyle, or FMCG retail is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills.
- Good sales orientation and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and retail billing systems.
