Job Summary:- We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Purchase Manager to oversee purchasing activities, supplier management, procurement planning, inventory coordination, and cost control. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely procurement of quality materials, equipment, and services at competitive prices while maintaining efficient purchasing processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement purchasing strategies.
- Manage daily purchasing activities and supervise staff.
- Negotiate with suppliers on prices, contracts, and delivery timelines.
- Maintain supplier databases, purchase records, and documentation.
- Coordinate with stores and inventory teams to manage material requirements.
- Oversee the maintenance of office and manufacturing equipment.
- Ensure procured materials meet quality standards and specifications.
- Prepare cost estimates and manage purchasing budgets.
- Evaluate suppliers and ensure timely material delivery.
- Review purchase orders, quotations,



and purchase requisitions.
- Improve purchasing systems and procurement processes.
- Train new employees on purchasing procedures and software.
- Prepare reports on purchasing activities, costs, and pending orders.

Required Qualifications
- B.Com is mandatory.
- Experience in purchasing or procurement preferred.
- Industrial or engineering industry experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and ERP software.

Preferred Industry Experience Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or electrical contracting companies, with knowledge of electrical materials, machinery, and project procurement.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
