- Source, evaluate and select suppliers for ML ANPR/ALPR cameras, RFID/FASTag readers and antennas, vehicle classification sensors (LiDAR/laser, radar), illumination, gantry structures, roadside controllers, servers, networking and power equipment – based on quality, cost, technical compliance, reliability and timeliness of delivery.

- Translate RFP/tender and customer (NHAI/IHMCL/acquirer bank) technical specifications into purchase specifications, and ensure supplier offers are technically and commercially compliant.

- Run RFQ/RFP processes, prepare techno-commercial comparisons and recommend suppliers in line with purchasing guidelines.

- Negotiate prices, payment terms, warranties, SLAs, liquidated damages and back-to-back terms aligned with the customer contract.

- Audit suppliers and subcontractors (manufacturing, quality, safety and statutory compliance).

- Manage the procurement process from purchase requisition to delivery, GRN and invoice clearance in SAP, ensuring adherence to project budgets and timelines.

Required Skill Sets :-





- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in purchase / project procurement, preferably in electronic toll collection (FASTag/ETC/MLFF), ITS, telecom or infrastructure projects.

- Good understanding of ANPR, RFID/FASTag, vehicle classification systems, gantry systems, and roadside IT and network infrastructure.

- Experience in procuring both products and services (installation, civil works, O&M; manpower, AMC).

- Familiarity with NHAI/IHMCL tender requirements and contract terms such as SLAs, liquidated damages and back-to-back contracting.

- Solid negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with vendors, subcontractors and service providers.
