About Us

Shreeyam Property Developers is a real estate and construction company based in Coimbatore, building residential projects including villa developments. We are looking for a dependable person to join our Purchase Department and keep our sites supplied with the materials they need.

We need a Purchase Executive to manage our stock and make sure materials are reordered on time. You will track what is in stock, raise purchase requests, coordinate with suppliers and make sure construction work never stops for lack of material.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update stock records of construction materials (cement, steel, sand, aggregates, tiles, plumbing, electrical and finishing items)
- Monitor stock levels at the store and sites, and raise timely purchase requirements for refilling
- Get quotations from suppliers, compare rates and place purchase orders
- Follow up with vendors to ensure on-time delivery




- Check materials received against purchase orders and delivery challans for quantity and quality
- Coordinate with site engineers and the accounts team on material requests, bills and payments
- Maintain vendor records and purchase documentation
- Prepare monthly stock and purchase reports
- Report shortages, wastage or discrepancies to management

Requirements

- Minimum [1–2] years of experience in purchase or store management, preferably in construction or real estate
- Valuable knowledge of construction materials and local suppliers in Coimbatore
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Tally or similar accounting software preferred)
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to manage records accurately
- Fluent in Tamil; working knowledge of English is a plus
- Education: Any graduate or diploma (Civil / B.Com / BBA preferred)
