Baani Milk Producer Company is looking for Purchase Executive at Patiala Location.

J.D:

- 1. Identify the suitable vendors for various services/materials required by the company.

- 1. Negotiate with Suppliers for better pricing maintaining the quality standards.

- 1. Coordinate with IT Team for creation/updation of Materials / Vendors in SAP S/4 HANA.

- 1. Follow up with the vendors for delivery of material, expedite any delayed delivery of services/material and any quality related issues.

- 1. Creation of MIGO (GRN) / Service Sheet Entry in SAP S/4 HANA System.

- 1. Follow-up with the vendors for open Purchase Orders.

- 1. Prepare and send RFQs to the suppliers for material / services as per company’s Purchase Policy.

- 1. Compare and evaluate proposals received against RFQs.

- 1. Conduct Vendor Evaluation based on the company’s defined process.

- 1. Conversion of Purchase Requisitions to Purchase Orders with very high accuracy.

- 1. Filing of Annual/Quarterly returns pertaining to the Purchase Department

- 1. Prepare approval notes for Purchase of services/Material and filing of related documents.

- 1.



Coordinate with the Stores Department for proactively identify the requirement of materials.

Positive oral and written communication skills Confident, mature and diplomatic Last experience should be related to purchase only.

Required education:

- Minimum any graduate or higher with relevant experience or education in Purchase/Procurement Material /Supply Chain

Required experience:

- Experience : 3-6 Years of core experience in Purchase/procurement. Preference may be given to the candidate from FMCG industry

Funcitonal Knowledge :

- Market Research (identify suppliers/products ), Good communication and negotiation skills,

Technical Knowledge:

- SAP ECC or SAP S/4 HANA. Candidate with strong skills and knowledge of any other reputed ERP System like Navision, Oralce, Axapta may also be considered.

Knowledge of MS Office and other general tools. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
