– Purchase Executive

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Experience: 2–3 Years in Purchase / Procurement in an Engineering Firm

Key Responsibilities

- Manage procurement of raw materials, engineering components, consumables, and other requirements.
- Identify and develop reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and ensure timely material delivery.
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain purchase records.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality, and Accounts teams.
- Monitor inventory levels, pending orders, and supplier performance.

Candidate Requirements

- Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical or a related field; relevant experience preferred.
- 2–3 years of purchase experience in an engineering or manufacturing company.




- Knowledge of engineering materials, vendor management, and purchase documentation.
- Solid negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
