- Plan and manage purchasing activities for electrical, instrumentation, electrical panel, and wiring harness production requirements.

- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers and vendors.

- Obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate rates, and finalize purchase orders.

- Ensure timely procurement of raw materials, electrical components, tools, machinery, and other required items.

- Monitor purchase orders, delivery schedules, material quality, and supplier performance.

- Coordinate with Production, Project, Stores, Finance, and Quality departments to understand material requirements.

- Maintain optimal inventory levels and avoid material shortages or excess stock.

- Verify purchase requisitions, quotations, invoices, and other procurement documents.





- Develop cost-reduction strategies without compromising quality.

- Handle vendor complaints, material rejections, replacement requests, and delivery issues.

- Maintain updated records of suppliers, purchase orders, quotations, and procurement expenses.

- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and approval procedures.

- Prepare periodic purchase reports, cost analysis, and supplier performance reports.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹57,000.00 per month
