Job Responsibilities

- Check purchase requisitions received from the Stores Department.

- Release Purchase Orders (POs) for approved vendors/products and issue enquiries for new vendors/ products.

- Follow up on quotations, order confirmations, and pending orders.

- Communicate purchase and delivery status to Factory and Stores Departments.

- Manage vendor registration and verify GST numbers.

- Update and maintain the supplier database monthly.





- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely material delivery and prevent shortages.

- Coordinate with the Accounts Department for timely supplier payments.

- Maintain open PO records and review pending Pos daily.

- Support current vendor development and supplier evaluation.

- Verify supplier invoices against POs and ensure required signatures.

- Inform Accounts at month-end for purchase closure.

- Maintain ISO-related purchase documentation.

- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.

- Ensure cost-effective purchasing, timely delivery, and uninterrupted material availability.

- Coordinate with internal departments to meet production requirements.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
